Brett Matthews - Managing Director

Brett Matthews - Managing Director

Brett is the Managing Director at Fuji Xerox Document Management Solutions. Brett joined the business in May 2010 as the Chief Financial Officer leading the Finance and Commercial teams and was appointed as Managing Director in July 2018.  Accredited as a Chartered Accountant with professional experience with PWC, Brett has 15+ years’ experience in senior executive roles with the George Patterson Advertising Group, Nine Entertainment Group, Warner Bros., Rentokil Initial and Salmat. In these roles, he has led large teams advising businesses on their strategic and operational objectives. Brett is a results driven leader with commercial and strategic expertise in restructuring businesses, M&A activities, developing high performing teams and driving business performance.

Keith Grieves - CTO & Deputy Managing Director

Keith Grieves - CTO & Deputy Managing Director

Keith has 30 years hands-on experience in business and technology leadership roles across sales, delivery and management in the customer communications and business process outsourcing industry. His team is now leading the charge in providing the most innovative document management solutions to the Asia Pacific. He has rich and direct experience in delivering solutions for customer in industries such as banking, insurance and wealth and superannuation, telecommunications and government.

Tim Smith - Sales & Marketing Executive General Manager

Tim has been an industry leader for more than 25 years. His extensive experience in Sales and insightful understanding of the industry has driven the continuous evolution of Fuji Xerox. Originally with Salmat, Tim started his career with the largest business outsourcing provider in Australia. Tim was involved in the successful transformation of Salmat BPO to Fuji Xerox. Directly reporting to the CEO, he is leading sales engagement across the region to provide the organisations in Asia Pacific with more efficiency, engagement and effectiveness. 

Rebecca Linton - General Manager, QLD

Rebecca Linton - General Manager, QLD

Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience in the Print and Mail House industry having held a number of General Management positions across a number of Australia’s premier Mail Houses. As the General Manager of Queensland, her role is to ensure that Fuji Xerox is continually pioneering new technology ideas within the printing and online digital industries. Primarily Rebecca is responsible for managing the Sales and Contract’s function for Fuji Xerox DMS QLD, ensuring that these functions co-ordinate to maintain an effective and efficient system. More recently she has led the team in working on a number of new solution releases that provide a broader range of platform as a service (PaaS) opportunities for our client and prospects. 

 Mark Bongiorno - General Manager, VIC & NT

Mark Bongiorno - General Manager, VIC & NT

Mark has over 22 years experience with Fuji Xerox. Initially, Mark was the financial controller of the Fuji Xerox imaging division and has since held positions of commercial manager, state sales manager, national account manager and general manager. Mark is responsible for ensuring that all client requirements are met, and that we maintain a viable and successful business. Mark focuses on end-to-end reconciliation, employee welfare and engagement, and customer satisfaction. Mark holds the qualifications of Bachelor of Commerce, CPA, and FCIS. 

Paul Gibson - General Manager, NSW

Paul Gibson - General Manager, NSW

Paul has worked in the Business Process Outsourcing industry and with Fuji Xerox for over 20 years. During Paul’s time at Fuji Xerox he has held several roles including business development manager, sales manager and now he leads the largest single business unit at in Fuji Xerox with over 600 staff. Paul has strong involvement in the Lifestyle Inventory program (LSI) and the Hermann Brain Dominance Indicator Program (HBDI), which Fuji Xerox undertakes with its staff to improve the culture and engagement of all employees. Paul attended Auckland University, and has participated in numerous courses while working for Fuji Xerox. 

Ben Waters - General Manager, WA & SA

Ben Waters - General Manager, WA & SA

Ben has 15 years’ experience in the print and mailing industry. Ben’s background in management extends to having been responsible for running Australia’s largest corporate mail house operation across various states and also being a founding partner of Mailforce. Ben has extensive knowledge of direct mail marketing, business process outsourcing and contract management. Ben has worked with State and Federal Government on some of Australia’s largest communication campaigns and has been involved in numerous BPO projects within banking, insurance and government sectors. Ben is a member of several industry and professional bodies and has served as the state executive of the Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA) in a number of Australian states including Western Australia. 

Nathan Symes - General Manager, Hong Kong

Nathan Symes - General Manager, Hong Kong

Nathan has been an industry leader in the outsourcing services industry for more than 18 years. He has extensive experience leading organisations through the communication revolution to increase digital transformation from traditional channels and drive continuous improvement. Nathan spent the last 10 years focused on developing and expanding new international markets across Asia. He has built a reputation as a true expert in developing diverse collaborative relationships across multiple business groups, to bridge gaps between cultural diversity, management expectations and executive business deliverables. 

Rita Latham - Group Human Resources Manager

Rita Latham - Group Human Resources Manager

Head of Human Resources for Fuji Xerox Document Management Solutions, Rita is responsible for developing and executing the group strategy of employee and industrial relations. Her role helps to ensure that Fuji Xerox always provides first class service with the best people in the industry. Starting her career with New Zealand Post, Rita has extensive experience in the industry. Before she joined HPA, Rita was appointed as a member of the National Planning Team in New Zealand for the reform in the communications industry. The past 17 years has seen her great contribution to the organisation from managing people and culture in Salmat to the current role at Fuji Xerox. 

Tracy Nixon - Group Quality and Risk Manager

Tracy Nixon - Group Quality and Risk Manager

Tracy is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System accredited to the ISO9001:2015 Standard. Tracy actively promotes the ongoing improvement of all business systems and provides direction, support and facilitation to the business for regular process analysis and improvement as well as system performance measurement and business continuity. Tracy is also responsible for ensuring company policies and procedures are established to provide a framework for the ongoing development of all business systems. Tracy has over 25 years of experience in Quality and Risk Management and holds a Diploma in Quality Management for Business Excellence. 

John May - Head of Solutions

John May - Head of Solutions

John manages a team of Business Solutions Consultants providing technical pre-sales and consulting services to the clients of Fuji Xerox. The Solutions team are highly skilled subject matter experts with detailed technical knowledge of industry best practice and of the Fuji Xerox products and services. John has more than 30 years IT experience with primary focus on large systems design and implementation. He has been responsible for IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Content Management solutions for his past 18 years with Fuji Xerox. He was instrumental in the development of our electronic archive and workflow strategy and has been intimately involved in the design and delivery of all of our content management solutions including electronic archive and customer self-service for major financial institutions in Australia and across Asia Pacific. 

 Adam Lowry - Head of Platform and Product

Adam Lowry - Head of Platform and Product

Adam manages the Product Development and Platform team providing technical pre-sales and consulting services to the clients of Fuji Xerox. The Solutions team are highly skilled subject matter experts with detailed technical knowledge of industry best practice and of Fuji Xerox’s products and services. Adam’s industry experience spans over 20 years in client facing roles and leading technical teams. Adam holds a Bachelor of Surveying (Computer Science).
